VL103M in Qatar
The VL103M is a hardwired 4G tracker built for commercial and industrial fleets. It is compact enough to conceal and capable enough for demanding applications, from rental and public transport to freight and heavy plant.
What it does
- Continuous location reporting with event alerts on the Tracksolid Pro platform.
- An external buzzer or horn alarm output, useful for locating a vehicle in a large yard and as a deterrent.
- Concealed installation with permanent power, so there is nothing to unplug.
- Alerts for ignition, movement, power disconnection and geofence crossings.

Questions we are asked
How long does installation take?
Usually between thirty and sixty minutes per vehicle, depending on the model and where the unit is hidden.
Will it drain the battery?
No. It draws very little current and sleeps when the ignition is off.
What happens if someone disconnects it?
A power-cut alert is raised immediately, so tampering is visible rather than silent.
What we include with every VL103M

We test the unit on the platform before the vehicle is released, and we relocate it free of charge when a vehicle is replaced within the warranty period.
Typical deployment
A fleet of twenty vehicles is usually fitted across two or three days, in batches that keep the operation running. Platform setup happens in parallel, so by the time the last vehicle is fitted the reports your supervisors need are already arriving.
