CI01 in Qatar

The CI01 is a 720P infrared camera that adds a second view to a Jimi recorder. Full colour in daylight, monochrome under infrared in dim light, with a 100 degree horizontal field of view that covers a cabin or the cargo area of a trailer.

Where it is used

Monitoring the cabin of a truck or bus, or the cargo in a trailer. It is the standard choice when the second view needs infrared and the camera will be mounted away from the main unit.

Compatibility

Works with the JC261, JC400 and JC450 series. If you are unsure which recorder you have, send us the model number and we will confirm before you order.

Installation in Qatar

Our technicians run the cable properly, mount the camera where it sees what it should, and aim it on the live view before the vehicle leaves. Night performance is checked rather than assumed, because an infrared camera aimed at a seat back is a camera that records nothing useful.

Its role is video. Audio, where a recorder supports it, is enabled only when you ask and where it is appropriate.

Will passengers notice it?

How many can one recorder take?
