What to include in your enquiry

A useful first message saves a week of back and forth. Tell us:

• What you want the system to do, in plain terms. “I need to prove delivery times” is more useful than a product code.
• The size of the site or the fleet: number of rooms, doors, cameras or vehicles.
• Whether something is already installed, and what it does badly.
• Any deadline you are working to, such as a fit-out completion or an audit date.

If you are a consultant or main contractor, send the specification or tender documents and we will respond against them properly rather than with a one-line price.

Requesting a site survey

Most projects start with a survey, which is free and usually arranged within days. Someone who will be responsible for the installation attends, measures what matters and asks the questions that only appear on site. You receive an itemised proposal afterwards, so you can see what each part costs and phase the work if you need to.

Existing clients and support

If you already have a system from us and something has stopped working, call rather than email, and have the site name and, if you know it, the equipment location to hand. For maintenance agreements, tell us the site and we will confirm what is covered and when the next scheduled visit is due.
