Our services in Qatar

Pixels Technology designs, installs and maintains six related systems. They are listed separately below because that is how clients usually ask for them, but in practice they share cabling, racks, pathways and a single team, which is the main reason clients hand us more than one.

GPS tracking and fleet management

Live vehicle location, geofencing, speed and idling alerts, driver behaviour scoring and route replay, on Jimi IoT hardware and the Tracksolid Pro platform. We fit plug-in OBD trackers, concealed hardwired units and battery or solar devices for assets with no power supply, then configure the alerts and reports your supervisors will actually use.

CCTV and surveillance

IP and analog HD systems designed camera by camera around what each position must show. Storage sized for real retention, remote viewing configured and tested on your own devices, and maintenance that keeps lenses clean and recorders healthy in a climate that punishes neglect.

SMATV and IPTV

One headend and a clean outlet in every room, instead of a facade covered in private dishes. SMATV over coaxial for towers, compounds and accommodation; IPTV over the data network for hotels, clinics and new buildings where the cabling is going in anyway.

Attendance and access control

Fingerprint, face and card systems that produce payroll-ready reports and control the doors at the same time. Shift rules, overtime bands and exceptions configured with your HR team before go-live, and doors specified properly, including locks, exit devices, power and fire release.

Sound and public address

Speech that can be understood at the back of the room, background music by zone, and paging that reaches the right area. For mosques, halls, hotels, schools, offices, retail and outdoor spaces, with the speaker layout calculated rather than guessed.

Structured cabling

Cat6 and Cat6A copper, fibre backbones, racks and containment, labelled at both ends and handed over with test results. It is the layer everything else depends on, and the one most often installed badly.

How an engagement works

Survey. We visit, measure and ask what the system has to achieve. Free, and usually arranged within days.

Proposal. Itemised, so you can see what each part costs, remove something, or phase it across budgets.

Installation. Our own technicians, phased around your operation, with occupied buildings and working fleets kept running.

Handover. Documentation, labelling, test results where they apply, remote access working on your devices, and training for the people who will use the system.

Support. Warranty honoured, maintenance available, and the same number answering in two years.

Working with consultants and contractors

A good share of our work comes through consultants, main contractors and fit-out companies. We quote against specifications, provide submittals and method statements, attend coordination meetings and fit into a programme where our packages sit between other trades. Send tender documents and you will get a proper response rather than a one-line price.

Maintenance is part of the service, not an afterthought

Qatar is hard on installed systems. Dust films camera lenses within months. Rooftop equipment spends summer above fifty degrees. Door locks used hundreds of times a day drift out of adjustment. Trackers move between vehicles as fleets change. We offer scheduled maintenance for every system we install, because the alternative is a system that was commissioned perfectly and quietly stopped performing a year later.

Tell us what you need

Describe the problem rather than the product, and we will tell you what we would install and why. Call 4421 2322 or 6624 0400, email info@pixelsqa.com, or use the contact page. Hardware we supply is listed under products, and background on the company is on the about page.
